Worst mistake of my life. Botched permanent makeup. Had to pay for correction elsewhere. Asked for a refund and no one has even called me back. So I paid to ruin my face and then paid again to fix it. I cried a lot and even had to have some ink burned off causing scarring. Very traumatic experience especially when I was so excited to get it done. I had horns for eyeliner - like Halloween. I'm am crying as I'm typing this. I will post a pic of my butchered face after Julia burned off the horns. Who tattoos that low down?!?!!

Did a hair perm. After 2 days, I realised it wasn't the style I expected. I called the salon and they offer me another appointment. During 2nd appointment, I found out that I was doing wrong thing to my hair that's why I wasn't getting the right result! But still the owner was courteous and she even gave another trim for super easy daily care. Now all I need is towel dry everyday. Hallelujah!

First visit was for getting nails done at this salon. I originally got gel nails with extension as I had short and stubby nails. The appointment took roughly 2 hours and I paid a total of $90. The gel wasnâ€™t as beautiful as I had hoped and it was quite lumpy and did not have a sleek look. The gel peeled and extension started coming off next day. I called into say my nails were coming off and I asked for a refund and they said if I come in they would be glad to do that. It sucked to have nails fall off but I wanted to dye my hair so I did, to give them a second chance. May I say, wow they did a brilliant job. I love how Julia was able to match my uneven hair tone to such a wonderful ash brown colour. She also did hair treatments to make sure my hair would not be as damaged afterwards. Also, the nail technician there is a wonderful lady who really truly cares for the health of your nails and is truly skilled. If you have long, or at least decent length nails, I highly recommend going to her. On the other hand, I would not get nail extensions here just because I donâ€™t think it lasts as long as they say. All in all, great experience and would definitely go again and again! ðŸ˜Š
