My experience was terrible. I arrived at the shop at 10:29 this morning. I registered my name and got a ticket #6. Lisa assisted me. I was told Mark is on vacation, Phil will be in at 11. That's totally fine. I left and did some errands. I returned at Noon. Phil hasn't even started yet. I sat down and waited patiently. 3 hours later, 3 o'clock. I'm still waiting. I noticed people that came in after me are getting their haircuts done. I approached Phil politely and asked him what number he's working on. He randomly said 9. I told him I'm number 6. He acted surprised and replied "This is all mixed up" Lisa replied "It's not mixed up" meaning Phil knew he skipped me to cut his buddy's hair. At that point, Lisa went around and made sure everyone had a ticket. I was disappointed and left. My brother and I have been going to this shop for years simply because Mark & Phil are very good barbers and the price is fair. Keep in mind, we live in Stoney Creek far from the barber shop. After my experience today, I feel that I was not valued as a customer and we will never return.
