I was skeptical to try a new salon when I saw their low review rating (~3.5 stars) but then I looked at the reviews only from Google's local guides (such as myself) and I noticed most were 5 stars. Decided to give it a shot. Right as I walked in (no appointment) I was greeted by Tera (not sure I spelled it right, sorry!) who was very welcoming. She cut my hair very well, gave a refreshing scalp massage and helped explain how I can treat my thinning hair with some great advice. Paid a fair amount ($30) and I'll definitely be visiting again. If you're reading this review and others, take them with a grain of salt and give them a shot. Thanks again Tera!

Awesome salon. I have had multiple services done and have been very satisfied. Tammy my hair styalist is a genius! Love the staff and owners.

Emily makes my hair look great, which is saying something because I have an unruly rats nest. Chris the massage therapist has the hands of a Greek God and the other employees are so friendly and welcoming.

Zero stars. Terrible greedy spa so don't expect to relax. My wife got a gift certificate for Christmas and just came back in tears. I am not sure what kind of place lets their customer leave this unsatisfied? I am so angry I can not properly express myself. My wife booked a facial and was looking forward to it all week. She left me with our 7 month old daughter and next thing I know she is home early and in tears. ... What kind of a spa is this? She paid for a top tier facial due to the gift certificate (cash for certificate, not a bonus special or something) They overcharged her. They gave her a 30 min facial and she paid for a 70 min and when questioned, they said "sorry, there is nothing we can do" My wife is not one for confrontation, so she left... in tears.... So long story short.. if you are stressed in any way and expect a relaxing spa experience, go steam up your bathroom.. because that will provide you with more peace. Did I mention she has been looking forward to this all week.... I can not stress enough... DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE A BLEMISH TO LONDON.
