I wanted a touch up of my current hair style, an asymmetrical bob. When I went in, the guy washed my hair, but he decided I wasn't lowering myself fast enough into the sink and grabbed me by my hair and yanked me into sink. During the haircut, he used a hand razor to take length off the back of my head, and now I have really intense razor burn along the nape of my neck. I won't be going back.

Sam does an amazing job every time. Very friendly and clean place with good prices. My wife gets her eyebrows and any waxing done there as well as her mani pedi. We no longer live in West end but still travel that way just to go there.
