ZERO STARS: They wouldn't let me rate it zero. Worst experience I've EVER had at a hair salon, not only did I not get the cut I asked for (after being very specific, showed pictures etc.). She completely ruined the look I was going for, (inverted bob, long in the front, short in the back), instead I got an unevenly layered, choppy half mullet (short uneven choppy layers in the front, with a huge awkward chunk out of the front of my hair -the most important part of an inverted bob) and the complete opposite of what I asked for. When I went in to speak with the owner to see what could be done to fix it, she not only called me a liar, she gave me attitude, no empathy that I was unhappy with my haircut. She didn't even try to work with me to see what could be done to fix it. Just a bitchy attitude, and argued with me over the cut. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, if you're looking for an old lady cut, go here, if you're looking for a good haircut and good style, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. - Completely Unhappy
