First off , she is very rude with no manners. Second, she choses the order of who goes next for your services, there's no first come first serve. Therefore people that came after you will go before you. I waited about 1 hour just to get my face done. Which would have taken less time if she didn't let more then 3 people cut infront of me. Another thing if she knows you, you get the service without waiting.

The last time i was at ghadas hair salon was the last time ill step foot in that place. I wanted ghada to give my 4 year old daughter a hair trimm. She proceeded to flip my daughters hair back and forth with her hands and say, “what is this?”. She was referring to my child having thin hair. She’s extremely rude and overbearing!!!! Is that her being funny? I dont think so!!! Needs to be a level of professionalism at a salon. I was reading one of the comments left from one of the patrons about the attitudes of the workers. They feel they are doing the customers a favor. This observation was so true!
