Excellent service, very kind and professional staff. I recently started going and have decided to make it My Salon, i.e., the only place I go to for my hair coloring. Their prices are very reasonable. The site is clean and welcoming. I have had numerous stylist do my hair and the consistency in service is excellent!

It is always a pleasure to go to Nancy Koss Salon. I was greeted on a cold day with a warm towel on my shoulders. The stylists are in tune with what my hair needs are, and have a positive atmosphere. Pampered.

Omg I came in with a huge problem!!!!! A lady somewhere down the street bleached, fried, and did not even know how to do baylage hair. She just put thick parts around my head and not even close to my root. It was horrible!!!! Well I came in as a first time client yesterday. Not only did they fix my hair, they were able to do what I wanted done with my hair in the begging. I love my stylist Liz she is really great as well. All and all I say they are amazing!!!

2 weeks ago was the first time I used this salon services! Bought a group for a haircut & oil treatment! Liz was a great stylist! My hair cut was exactly how I wanted it! The receptionist nice, salon decorated nicely! Will definitely return again!! Try the Nancy Koss in Oak Lawn! Marge
