It's a well-kept Ulta. Staff is friendly, and their Stylist Monica is the best. She always makes me look and feel good, and suggests all the right products for my hair. I won't let anyone else touch my hair.

Really need to work on customer service. We called ahead for a specific shade of nail polish my wife wanted. They said it was at the counter waiting for us. We arrived 20 minutes later and they didn't have it and had no idea where it was put. I was sent to the back to find it and another customer helped me. As I walked back to the front, one of the clerks was finally on her way back to find it and just said "you good?" and that was it. Not really what I look for in customer service.

Nina, Nina! Ask for Nina. She saved my day, just when I thought no one could give me the cut I need. She listened to what I wanted. She took the time to ask me questions and ultimately gave me the hair cut of my dreams. Thank you so much Nina.
