I used Great Clips as my primary haircut station for years. Then this location, like the other area Great Clips, started doing this online reservation process that can bump people already waiting in store for some clown that is willing to give his personal data to yet another web site that will bombard him with more useless e-mails/texts/mailings etc. We can imagine that a franchise business like Great Clips will hire top security professionals and use high level security software to prevent data theft that could facilitate identity theft that is all too common these days.
Now people who are actually there waiting in line can be pushed back for a potential "no show". This is lousy and Great Clips has lost my business.
