Super Friendly. Gave me the exact haircut I needed. DON'T go to FANTASTIC SAMS if your a GUY needing a fade.. GO HERE... And the online check in makes it so convenient especially for the Veterans location with all that congestion. 5 stars cause you all rocked today and gave me exactly what I needed!

I went here 11 days ago and have been working 50+ hours since so I haven’t been able to do my hair but when I finally got a chance to fix it it was completely uneven and not at all how I wanted it done! And like I had stated before I have been working so either by the time I get off work they would be closed or I had other things to tend to so I couldn’t come down here to get it fixed so I come down here today and they tell me that they only have a 7 day guarantee so I would have to pay for another hair cut when they are the ones who didn’t do it right!! I will never come back to this great clips! And I will let everyone I know not to come here! What would have taken 5 minutes to do to help your customers but can’t even do that! I understand the policy but this was just ridiculous!

I'm not usually one to care about my hair. Just wash and wear. But I have been upset all day about the haircut I got today. I am growing my hair out after a short cut so I asked to leave most of it alone except to trim the lower back and blend an area near my face that was uneven. I got exactly the opposite. Barely a trim at the neck and cut the top short. Do I ever look stupid. I had to cut the back myself. Now I have to start all over growing out the layers. 🙁. Never again.
