The first visit I spent $60.00 and was thrilled with the services received. So much so, I shared with friends at work, and they made appointments. The second appointment was for color on new growth and was charged $100.00. The next day I noticed my gray was not covered. I called and left a message to see if we could remedy the issue. I still have yet to hear back from the Salon and this was over a month ago. Needless to say, I haven't been back.

I love this salon, the staff is friendly and very accommodating offering beverages when you check in. I have had my hair done by four of their stylist and have never walked away disappointed or unhappy. I love the fact that they give you a mini shoulder and neck massage before your service and while you are getting your hair conditioned you get a hand massage. The prices are very reasonable for the care you receive.

Fabulous! I had a bad highlight job from previous salon and came here to get it fixed. It was great. The service was excellent and the highlights were great! Christina was skilled and had a great personality. I am now only coming here.

When youâ€™ve found a salon with the high-end quality of an Aveda spa yet the genuine fun-loving stylists where you canâ€™t help but to think of Steel Magnolias. . . you know youâ€™ve found a diamond in the rough. Moving to a new part of town is made complete by finding a stylist you like and trust. Thank you!! To Adam, April, and Brooke for your patience, humor and attention to detail when meeting my hairstyle needs. So glad to get past the headache (literally 2lbs of dead ends gone) to recommend this place to anyone wanting a good hair-do. Look forward to trying J. Nicolleâ€™s other spa services!

Recently moved to Indiana and this is the second salon Iâ€™ve been to. I love this salon, historic downtown New Albany. Great atmosphere. Meredith is the hairdresser that Iâ€™ve been to. The first time was hair color, the second was hair extensions and the third was a trim on extensions. The colors match perfectly.
