our experience here was horrible! I took 4 of my children to get haircuts today and before they started on my 6 year old I informed them that he has a sensory processing disorder and autism and he might freak out,which he did and the lady became very irritated and continued trying to cut his hair and cut the back of his ear and she got mad when he started screaming. that turned into a full down meltdown with my child kicking and screaming. as I was trying to call him down the same lady that caused the meltdown came and asked me to take him outside. so while the other kids are getting haircuts I have to take my disabled child to the car because apparently this place discriminates against disabilities. horrible and will never go back!

Overland Plaza location, Overland, MO. Arrived at 5:35 on Sat. and was greeted at the door by stylist telling me how they're trying to close up as she locked the outside door behind me.There were 2 other customers waiting and another stylist as well. I asked when they closed because I had checked online and saw that they closed at 6. She confirmed the 6 closing time and though I thought it was a little rude to be locking up early, I just let it go. My friend who had dropped me off showed up at the inner door and since that was also locked I asked for her to be let in to wait with me. Stylist did so, but proceeded to complain about how they were trying to close up and they had been there since 8am. THAT was it for me. My friend and I looked at her, then each other, and we walked out. Unprofessional is an understatement - I'll never be back.
