My 15 year old decided to trim her own hair.. needless to say we were desperate to get it fixed before she returned to school the next morning. We checked every salon in town and everyone was closing early due to bad weather. We visited multiple Great Clips locations in the area and they were all closed. With one left, we called and spoke with Lori. She was also getting ready to close but when she heard our situation she decided to wait for us. She not only stayed open just for us but she took her time and gave us great service. She was able to fix my daughters hair and we got out before the weather got too bad. What an amazing employee you have ! This location clearly understands customer service and that is why we will be back. Thank you

Lady cutting my hair was great. Unfortunentely another hair stylist made some inappropriate and rude comments directed at me. Believe her nane was Kim. Never go there again. Some staff needs training on professionalism and people skills and when too keep their mouth shut :)
