I have been to many stylists over the years that do hair extensions but Linda is truly the very BEST I’ve ever gone to! She has decades of experience and has owned her own salons. She is not only a caring person but she actually knows a lot about hair! All the hair extensions I’ve had done prior to going to Linda the stylists never taught me anything about how to take care of the hair extensions properly so they stay looking beautiful. I went to many stylists with the same results…broken hair and much damage with ridiculous costs! With the many hair extensions I have tried previously after a short period of time the extensions became dry and raggedy looking very quickly. Lindas hair extension stay beautiful! Linda knows exactly how to keep them looking shiny and healthy! She does custom hair extensions that are simply gorgeous. Linda uses a special technique with the installation of the hair extensions where she does not pull out your hair and ruin your own hair like the tape in hair extensions or the beaded extensions did to mine. Every hair extension I tried ruined my hair and I lost much if my hair. With Lindas technique I’ve lost NO hair! Linda’s technique does NOT harm your hair which is truly amazing! That’s one of the many things I love about Linda is that she actually cares about you and the health of your own hair. She has fit me in at times I needed my hair done at the last minute which most stylist refuse to do. She is extremely professional with unbelievably REASONABLE rates! You will be thrilled when you book with her. She’s changed my life because of my thyroid problems I desperately needed hair extensions from the loss of my own hair. The custom hair she uses is of very high quality and stays looking gorgeous. I can’t say enough about Linda’s work. You will feel like a million dollars after she does your hair.

What can I say Linda is the best! I've been wearing extensions for years only to be disappointed by the quality of hair used. Linda is an expert on color matching and providing top quality extensions. She is the most honest person I've been to for my hair problems and always offers advice on how to help keep my hair healthy. I drive almost an hour for my appointments with her but worth every minute. I am so thankful to have found an honest genuine hair extension expert that is trustworthy! You the best Linda!

I relocated from Dallas to Albuquerque, and I was looking for a new hair extension technician/studio who could offer me the same high quality extension hair I was used to getting in Dallas. I went to the most exclusive salons (I thought) in Albuquerque, but to my surprise the hair quality was not what I was used to. I was very disappointed in the quality and lack of longevity of the extension hair these salons offered. At first the hair looked good, but then when the silicone coatings start to wear off the hair, you just have cheap hair that looks awful and needs to be replaced sooner rather than later. I am a QUALITY shopper, not a PRICE shopper. I know there are different types of human hair used for extensions. Not all are created equal. Rated on a scale of 1 to 10, I wanted 10! After a few failed attempts at other salons, I finally found Linda at Pony Express. What a pleasant surprise! Linda has the HIGHEST QUALITY extension hair I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. I was even more surprised at her pricing which was very reasonable for the quality of the hair I received. I don’t do cheap hair which is silicone coated and constantly needing to be replaced. It’s not worth my time. If you are looking for the highest QUALITY of human hair extensions, Linda sells only the best. I won’t waste my time or money going anywhere else!

I have been going to Linda for hair extensions for years, after trying numerous other places in Albuquerque. I have learned the ‘quality’ of the extension hair used is extremely important. Lindas extension Hair lasts for a long time, I prefer a quality product, I no longer have to buy new hair every few months. I found Linda on you tube, watched the live testimonials & decided to give her a try, I like the way the hair looked in her videos. Another important issue to me, Lindas extensions never damaged my own hair, as the other places that used other attachments always broke my hair. My hair has stayed healthy now, & I feel good about that. My hair is too fragile to keep getting damaged from bad extensions. Linda is my ‘go to’ girl for adding hair!

I would HIGHLY recommend Pony Express to anyone considering Hair Extensions! You will NOT be disappointed! I have been a long time customer of Linda, owner of Pony Express and I couldn't be happier with the service or the quality of the hair! Linda is awesome to work with, she is professional, her prices are fair, she REALLY cares about her customers and she stands behind her workmanship and the quality of the hair 100% (believe me when I say this is RARE with extensions). I have been wearing extensions for a number of years, and I have tried many local places, only to be extremely disappointed by the work or the quality of the hair they used, while claiming they were using only the best. During one such time, the hair dresser I had been using was moving out of town and I was looking to find someone else to go to. I called Linda, and she got me in for a consultation right away. As I explained to her, the method that had been used on me by someone else, was constantly in need of repairs (at least weekly) and the quality of the hair, which started out pretty good (as they all do), was quickly deteriorating. After our initial meeting and seeing and feeling the quality of hair she had to offer, I chose to replace the extensions I had received from someone else, with the extensions she carried. Not only was the quality SO MUCH BETTER, but the technique she uses to attach the extensions was so much gentler on my hair ( I have a thyroid condition which causes my hair to be thin and brittle). I have even been told by high end salons that the quality of my hair was fantastic. I can say without a doubt, I will remain a loyal customer! R.C.
