My son went with his dad to the barbershop for his first haircut. The haircut turned out well, but he screamed and cried the minute the clippers touched his head. I was so worried this haircut (his second) would go the same, and that he would be terrified of haircuts from here on out. My son is going through that stage where he is deciding whether he wants one or two naps, so after he went down, I called and asked if they had any appointments in the next 2 hours. They got me in with very short notice. We got there, and the environment was so fun! We were happily greeted, and promptly taken to the fun chairs. My son was able to sit on a tractor (he loves trucks and tractors), and watch cartoons. Our stylist (I wish I remembered her name), understood our last experience and gradually introduced the clippers, trimmers, etc. He was still nervous, so she offered a sucker for added distraction. She made great conversation with he and I, and was so patient. She coached me on how to get my son to look certain ways, and hold still, without having to hold his head and upset him. The best part, his haircut turned out great! My son looks like a dapper little gentleman and it is ADORABLE! Having recently moved to the area, I was so happy to find Cookie Cutters. We won't go anywhere else. As long as this type of patience and service is not a one off thing, Cookie Cutters has earned my son as a customer throughout his childhood! Thanks guys!!!

Loved it and my kids did to women were so nice and she did a great job...better than the men that cut my son's hair...they have video games and a mini playground for little ones and suckers for them also

This place is so amazing! It is s perfect place to take the kiddos! They never want to leave and they can't wait to come back! The ladies here are so talented! They treat the kids so well and know how to work with them! The best place to be! Love it!

This place has a really great atmosphere. The stylists are hit and miss, and there seems to be a lot of turnover here, so if you find a stylist you like, it's a good idea to ask for them every time.

We took my autistic two year old son here! He did great! It has taken other people 30 mins to cut his hair she had it done in 6 mins. I would recommend this place to anybody who has special needs kids
