I have been coming here for a long long time many people have cut my hair and I have never had an issue. I came in recently and Stephanie cut my hair and colored it. The hair was uneven and the color was blotched in spots and also a different shade. What’s worse is that even after the second time she did not acknowledge the mistake. This is totally frustrating and unprofessional I certainly will be looking for another place to go no matter how far I have to drive. I feel bad with the other salon stylists that they have to fix this when things happen. Also color was left on my forehead and I had to go home 🏡 and scrub it off with a wash cloth. If you can’t do something then don’t do it let someone else do it. Or you should keep practicing until you get better. Practice makes perfect sorry to vent just frustrated. I feel the owner should know these things because maybe she would change.

Excellent 5 stars all the time been coming here for over a year AMBER AMBER AMBER that’s who to see when you come here she is perfect in every way just like Mary Poppins. Wish you can clone her find more AMBERS. She knows her stuff really well.

Affordable, non-nonsense place for regular haircuts and shampoos. Stephanie always takes great care of me while I'm here. The other stylists do a great job when she's not. Pro Tip: always ask for the Tea Tree experience. It will turn a simple haircut into a nice relaxing time!

My hair goes down a little further than mid back. It's rather long. I asked the gentleman to cut my hair straight across, all even, so it's healthy. I am legally blind so it wasn't until I got home and my son saw it... he cut my hair in a damn diagional! He took off about 3" on the left side and only about 1" on the right side. I am assuming what he did was just cut off the dead ends but then didn't bother to make it even? IDK but the next day I had to go get my hair cut again. That is the only time I've personally gotten my hair cut here. My son has gotten his cut hair on off from ages 6-14 and there have been a handful of times he hasn't been pleased. His hair grows fast (he gets a cut every 3 weeks) and the turnover rate is so fast here we inevitavly keep taking him back because it is so close. I'm never taking my long locks back there again though.

Stephanie was given little directions on how I wanted me hair cut she did a perfect job people say I look 10 years younger. Have not had short hair like this in a long while. Not a long time to do her thing and it turned out great. Thanks Stephanie!
