I wanted to bring my son for haircut. I used the app to schedule the appointment. At that time it showed 39 min wait. Few minutes after that, the wait time changed to 50 min. Around 25 min later, the wait time was in single digits, so i stopped my work and rushed to the store with my son. By the time we got there, wait time was zero. All staff was busy and we were told to wait. After 10 min, a lady asked our names and then said that there is another person waiting for long and she would get to us after him. I informed her that she should attend to the gentleman first, but why is their app showing zero wait time for last 15min when they still have people waiting. She first said that i may be looking at a different location. I showed her the app on my cellphone. She did not have an answer. As, I had not planned on waiting for that long and had to get back to work, I told her that we would come back later. She said, she would have to cancel our appointment which I understood. The issue I have is that: 1) their app was totally wrong and misleading, 2) the lady did not show any remorse or said sorry.
