I went to Valentinos for the first time about 2 weeks ago because my sister is a regular client here. Claudia did an amazing job with my hair, she did exactly what I wanted!! I will definitely come back💇

Came in with hair down to my waist, asked for long layers , &for it not to be cut too short because I wanted to keep my length. My longest layer I would compare to a rat tail of how thin that layer is, literally like a see thru curtain, my second layer is up to my shoulders&is way thick& shortest layer up to my chin. None of it blends in. She literally just chopped thru my hair. Everything she said she was going to do she did exactly the OPPOSITE! NEVER going back! The lady who did my haircut was a short blond with a nose ring, I would not recommend her. Worst part is I'm meeting my sister for the first time the following day so was really looking forward for a nice haircut but instead left so disappointed&sad.
