I have been a client of Raquel's for about 3 years now. I first found her through a Groupon. Never once have I left feeling that I had been treated rudely or otherwise. I love her professionalism and how wonderful my hair looks and feels after each visit. I am HAPPY that they ask parents to not bring their children I love children, I do, but not when they are running around being kids in this setting. I come here to relax and be pampered and that can not happen when little people are being little people. I don't care how you spin it. She has never been rude to me or any of the clients I have referred to her.

There are 2 Bellezza salons, one in Frisco and one in Plano. After hiring a sitter for my three kids and then showing up early to the Frisco location, I quickly realized that I was in the wrong place. After calling and emailing Raquel on my way, I showed up at 12:43 for a 12:30 appointment. If I had been there by 12:40, she would have done my hair. I offered to just get the partial highlight, no cut, I pleaded with her as I had an event that night and hired a babysitter to get my hair done. Apparently 3 minutes is worth ruining someone's day. HORRIBLE customer service, I'm glad I didn't do business with her. She completely screwed me over.

This place Doesn't even deserve a 1 star, anyways this place is fraud. the stylist need to go to school again and learn how work with hair because the knowledge they have SUCKS!!!! go somewhere where you can find a real hair stylist. not a amateur. you're getting paid to do hair and you shouldn't!

I was so nervous after reading the Google reviews before my appointment that I almost cancelled. My heart was pounding as a nervously drove to the salon, Groupon in hand. I am so glad that I went. Kimberly was young, but I found her to be professional, considerate and friendly. I was in the seat the minute my appointment was scheduled to start. She asked me what I was wanting and waited patiently while I pulled up Pinterest on my phone to show her the style I wanted. She was upfront before she even touched my hair that if I needed a toner, it is not included in the price. I agreed. As soon as she rinsed out my color she told me that she liked the color and didn't think we needed to do a toner unless I wanted to. Overall, I couldnt have been happier and I hope more people will give this young stylist a chance.

Raquel doesn't deserve one star! I wish I read these reviews before purchasing this Groupon to Raquel! She was extremely rude and nasty when I walked in with my 2 kiddos, who are of age to be left alone. She immediately looked at me and told me no kids allowed and that her email stated this. She immediately wanted to reschedule. I referenced her email and it clearly stated children who are not of age are not allowed to come! She looked at me and said every stylist has their own rules. Ive never been treated that way! And prior to this I tried for an entire week reaching her to make an appointment. I left her three voicemails, a two text messages. Finally, after consistently calling, I was able to reach her. She was even short on the phone. That should have warned me. Shame on me!
