Dont know her name, but she was an older woman, not american, very nice. She did a fairly good job on my sons hair, was happy to pay $15 for it. When i went to pay, she asked if I wanted to close it out at $15, and I told her to go ahead and do $20. She went ahead and did $24 and I didn't notice until the next day. Always asking for a receipt now, so make sure to check yours

I was so unpleased. She only gets one star because she was friendly and tried to listen to my needs. She lacked to follow thru and made me feel like i was an inconvenience. Basically I kept having to ask her to please cut the back shorter. She sent me off with an undone cut and her resolution was to come back later to fix it. Why would I come back with that kind of service? Finally she quoted me a $35 haircut, then charged me $40, and never even washed or straiten it. All this for a bad cut. My suggestion to her is if your not comfortable about a particular style, you need to be truthful about it to your client. Know your specialty and skill set. I live on a tight budget and don't get to treat myself very often, so months later I'm still sporting a pony tail to hide this bad job.

good service, haircut always comes out looking great, friendly staff. the only downside is the wait for the appointment after you book it (up to a week or so)
