Update: I finally got in contact with someone in charge named Johnette on 4/30/18. Once I spoke to her, she refunded the overcharged amount and apologized for the mistake. With it all being said and done, the only thing I would say to you reading this is pay with cash. This has been a big headache. Also, if an employee doesn't know how to run the register, don't let them. Train them when it's slow or after hours.
I was double charged for a standard haircut and have yet to hear back from the manager. I got my hair cut on 4/20/18 by a new girl who hadn't yet learned how to run the register. The haircut was good, but she charged me for a standard men's cut, forgetting that I had a discount. I reminded her before I signed anything, then she said that she cancelled it. She then charged me again at the discounted price. 3 days later, I noticed a double charge on my bank account for the discounted price and the regular price. So I went in and politely asked for a refund of the regular price. They said the manager wasn't there and only comes in on the weekends. I left my information and all the proof they would need. It's now 3 days after that and I still haven't seen anything or had any attempts to be contacted by the manager. If this does not get fixed, I will not be returning.
