Horrible horrible experience!!! I showed one of the workers who was named Maria a picture of an ombrÃ© looked I was going for and she literally just bleached my hair and was not blended at all! She never gave my money back and cut my hair WAY TOO SHORT hate this place!!

They cut my hair shorter then i asked. Bad experience. Poor customer satisfaction. I won't be going back.

I needed to get my eye brows waxed and my usual spot was booked. I noticed this place didn't have a line so I decided I would try them out. BIG MISTAKE. Their manager did my eyebrows and she seemed to be rushing because she had gone over her shift (from what I understood since she wouldn't stop gossiping with another worker while waxing my eyebrows). Long story short, she BUTCHERED my eyebrows; She did not listen to what I had asked for and instead thinned them and basically waxed almost half the length off of each brow. She laughed at me when I complained and proceeded to laughingly mock me to other customers (complete strangers) and said that I was wrong and that my eyebrows were fine. She did not want to grant me a refund and wasted about 45 minutes before she gave the refund. She wouldn't give back my receipt. Just save yourself the headache!
