Disappointing experience. I feel like $47 for a blow-dry which wasn't done properly is a hefty price. Firstly, when I arrived and the receptionist was on the phone with a client, the stylist standing at the desk didn't even bother to say hi, just looked me up and down analyzing me head to toe. Great feeling when you are a new customer to a business!
Secondly, my stylist's station was a mess, receipts, papers, and misc. equipment everywhere, far from luxury. While my hair was still wet, her phone went off and she took the call for a good 6 minutes, it was really inappropriate. Am I not paying for my time of a service? The blow dry wasn't even close to what a wanted. I asked for round brush blow out, and my hair just looks like it's going in every direction, it's fallen and it hasn't even been an hour. Also, if you are going to charge $47, at least use high-end products, not drug store brands on clients hair. I definitely won't be back!
