Stella is the best hairstylist I have ever been to.

My mom and myself talked with Stella prior about all desired hair changes. She took time to do the research necessary for a drastically hair colour change. She did an amazing job, for both of us, and we are definitely going back. Strongly will recommend her, every time we have a chance.

In terms of cutting, yes, they are great but in terms of booking appointment they are not. I called to booked an appointment and when I am about to come, they told me my appointment is gone. I am wondering, if I have a specific time slot and another person has one, then I will never lose a spot, unless they overbooked, so they blame their customer instead. You need to tell your customer to be there 30 minutes before the time or else they will lose their spot because you will give it to someone else and you will not entertain them anymore.

I am very particular about my hair, and was looking for a new hair stylist. I have been trusting Stella with my hair for a while now. She is very talented and does an amazing job. I recommend her to everyone I know. I get more compliments about my hair than ever before. If you are looking for a change, you need to book an appointment with Stella!

I have followed Stella from her days working in Burlington to now, Niagara Falls. Stella has always been personable, professional and efficient. I was so impressed with Stella when I first met her. Stella continues to cut/color my hair and I'm always very happy with her work! I highly recommend Stella...especially if you're looking for a great stylist and great salon.
