My mom had her hair cut today. Lily cut her hair beautifully, she is very friendly and professional at her job. Thank you again

Took my step son there for a cut. Lady started cutting and then said "I cannot work with this, can I shampoo him?" I asked if it was extra and she said yes. She saw I already paid and said rather rudely "oh you paid already." Then she looked at the bill and said to the girl "what did you charge her for?" then she looked and said disgustedly "oh you had a coupon." She tells my step-son that she needed to take him back to the sink anyway. I find out after we left that she told him (out of my ear shot) that she told him that he needs to take a shower and wash his hair next time before he comes. He told her he showered the night before but that apparently was not good enough. Looked at the cut in better lighting and there are places she missed and hair sticking out in pieces.

If you need any work done by the Chinese... You're better off doing it yourself. You'll save $20 and it'll most likely look better.

Have been having my hair cut at this location ever since they opened and have always been very happy with the service they offer. I find Sofie the shop manager ( who is Vietnamese ) to be down to earth and one who will "tell it like it is``
