I have been Kelly's client for about a decade. I was very happy when she opened Shag Hair over 7 years ago. Kelly is a great stylist and an awesome person. I have always been extremely happy with the results. Shag Hair is a small, customer oriented and very accommodating business. I do recommend to call and book an appointment as their work hours are flexible. Someone WILL get back to you. I do not believe the other reviewer who claimed that her phone called was not returned. It never happened to me in all these years. Another great thing about this salon is that they support local artists and they always have cool art displays.

These girls are amazing. Nice small salon with Aveda and Kevin Murphy products. Always an art show on display as well. Only steps from MacEwan University.

The worst I swear. Their timing is so flawless that I got there 15 mins early and it was closed. Moreover I waited out in the cold for another 30 mins and guess what it was still closed. Is that was not enough, they would not reply to my voicemail let alone my phone call. Plus, I also did warn them that the appointment they are giving me was on a holiday, not even a phone call, voicemail, email to even reschedule just disappeared because they know it was their fault. It has been almost a month since this experience and yet, no answer.
