I showed them a photo of what I wanted. (It was round curtain bangs and long layers.) instead they gave me SO many short layers and short curtain bangs i look like I’m balding I absolutely hate it. The lady with the red curly hair sure doesn’t know how to cut hair I was very clear I wanted round bangs and long layers. She made it very confusing of what she was going to do. She also didn’t pay that much attention to my hair while cutting it. She was very distracted. If I could rate this place lower I would. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Customer service is amazing but skill is zero. I can tell the tall lady knows how to cut everything but not hair. I never ever wanted to cry so badly after I got a hair cut from her. Highly suggest to stay away from this salon.

I had a haircut appointment and I was running late. They were so kind as to accommodate me even after 15 minutes late. The lady that did my hair was great and made sure it was up to par with my standards, also not expensive at all. 10/10
