Iâ€™ve been coming to this salon to see Erica since I moved to the west end about 4 years ago. Erica is extremely talented, fun and professional. I went from having long, black hair to short blue hair and I love it. This place is very reasonably priced as well. The salon is clean and staff are always friendly. They also use high end products. Donâ€™t be fooled by the location! I would also like to add this is the first positive experience I have ever received from a stylist. My hair is very thick and hard to manage and she knows exactly how to style it and what products to recommend. Thanks so much for constantly saving my hair Erica!

Very bad service here. The hairdresser cut my ear with her scissors and my ear is badly infected now. They had a big sign saying $7 off your first haircut there then refused to offer the discount. They told me the price was $35 over the phone, and when I went to pay wanted $50. I had a blunt cut but she cut the back shorter than the front. As well she added short layers near the front even though I said I didnâ€™t want layers. She as well added extra bangs, and hurt my scalp with a rough massage, and scalded me with the water washing my hair. A horrible place for a haircut.

I went there to get a hair cut, just some layers to thin my hair out a bit since I have long heavy hair. The hair stylist had the most unusual way of layering my hair. She asked me to put my chin down so she can bring all the hair forward. It doesn't matter at the end how one decides to cut hair. However, at the end, the hair was uneven, it looked choppy, it literally looked like stairs, the right side was at least one inch longer than the left. She didn't even style it, only put foam in it- which I can do on my own. It almost seemed like I was part of a prank. I was extremely disappointed.

Ii am giving this place 2 stars. One for the lady that booked us, she was pleasant and got us in same day...so, my beef is not with her. But more, my "stylist" whom really gets maybe half a star. Allow me to elaborate. --Hair washing station she darn near drown me. Got my entire face, arms, chest and shirt WET. Not splashy wet but WET WET. -The sinks and chairs. She was leaning on the sink, which put pressure on my back and neck which was very uncomfortable. -Her station. She puts the cloak on to the point of choking, doesn't offer a towel to dry off my arms or anything to help me. -Gets cutting and she cut my ear. To the point of bleeding. She again did nothing but apologize and went on her merry way, which, ended up in her literally stabbing me in my neck with the scissors. Like seriously. One accident happens. I get that. But all these in one sitting? It's a bit much. I won't be going back. Until at least she is gone. Holy

They burned my hair. I was there to get a platinum hair.. this my first time dying my hair and I have no idea what so ever. So they bleached my hair for 4 hours straight. And it didnâ€™t seem to work. (We repeated this thrice already) Thatâ€™s why a stylist gave her a hand to fix my hair because the bleaching is uneven. And finally, after another hour my hair is finish. But it didnâ€™t look like what I wanted It... it was a blue, not platinum coloured that I want, but she told me that itâ€™ll take only 2 washed to get that blue dye.. they told me they did that because they need to neutralize the color.. so I got home and washed my hair .. and it didnâ€™t seem to come off.. it took me 5 days to get off that blue dye. When that blue dye is off... I noticed my hair doesnâ€™t have one color.. my roots are yellow and also some strands of my hair.. and the worst part it was burned... my hair is super healthy and locks moisture without condituner.. not my hair is ruined... I 100% wouldnâ€™t recommend anyone to get their hair bleached in this salon. The people are nice but they donâ€™t have the skill nor the talent.
