Wonderful experience with Tracy! I moved to the city not to long ago and have been searching for a GOOD colour specialist and I found one. She answered all my questions and explained everything very well. Iâ€™ve always wanted to have this hair colour and she made it look better than I expected and for a reasonable price!! Thank you so much Tracy and the matrix team. I will be back.

Today was my second time at this salon, and I couldnâ€™t be happier with the service I received. It seems everyone here is passionate about what they do, and it really shows in their work. All three ladies working tonight were friendly and really seemed to like working together. I used to visit cheap and convenient places, but the service at those establishments was always hit or miss. This salon offers a reasonable and affordable price for a haircut, and yet the service is above and beyond. 100% would recommend.

Went in as an early morning walk in today, and was treated very well! Not only did I run into a friend of mine there, but I also got the perfect hair cut. Super happy with how my stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, and we had a good time chatting about vacations and travel. Iâ€™m loving my new â€˜hawk!!! Thanks guys, youâ€™ll be seeing me again soon

Been going to Kelly for a few years now. He is great with hair and prices are very reasonable. Even when I was living out of town, I would make sure to get a cut from him whenever I visited. I'll continue to recommend him and his salon to anyone looking for a new stylist.

Love Tracy!! So excited she moved to Edmonton, I went to her in Grande Prairie with my kids and they are just as pumped as I am. I always love our cuts, Matrix has a great atmosphere too.
