I have been going to Illusions for 8 years. I can not say enough about the Awesome service and staff! My stylist is Lori, she is absolutely the Best!! She takes time to listen and deliver the best style and advice. I would highly recommend them for your next style needs.

I used to go to this place years ago when I was in high school and had the best hair dresser. However, this place has seemed to change drastically, for worse. I called the day of and was able to pick up a quick cancellation appt (I just needed a cut and blowout). I arrived 10 minutes early to my appt. I wasn’t seen until 10 minutes after my appt time where the stylist explained there was someone using her chair currently...the stylist was the only good thing about this appt, but she was very unprofessional by discussing pricing for other clients with her assistant right in front of me. She also seemed to have 2 other clients at the same time, which I thought was odd. I was happy I was able to get a quick cut, but even taking a cancellation appt I thought I would have felt more welcomed...it was clear they favored long time customers. The simple hair cut and blow out that I got ended up costing me $59 plus tip, which I felt was absurd for the quality of my appt and for services received. Plus, as soon as I asked to tip on my card (realizing after they ran it that there was no tip line), the front desk women suddenly had an extreme meltdown and debated back and forth how to include tip until they finally asked how much I wanted to include and then ran my card and then handed me the 15 in cash from their drawer with a snarky smile. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and inattentive and not accommodating whatsoever. Only go here if you have all the money (don’t forget cash tip or they’ll have a coronary!) and time in the world in order to receive the coveted spot of long time client...maybe then you’ll get good service. Will not be going back.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Gena and Illusions Hair Salon & Day Spa helped make my daughter's sweet 16 perfect! We were rushing all day to get everything perfect for the venue & ran out of time for waxing and nails. At our scheduled hair appointment, Gena was able to make it all work for us! My girl was able to have her eyebrows waxed, nails done and her hair beautifully styled by Gena all within 1 hr 30 mins. We were out of the salon just in time! Gena, you and your fabulous team made the day less stressful for us and made my sweet 16 princess look absolutely beautiful!

Robin is awesome! Great coloring technique. She made me beach blonde ready for the Summer! Friendly staff and all around great place.
