In the search of a local hair salon, I walked into Possibilities without an appointment and asked if there was anyone available to cut my hair. At first no one answered me. I was not sure if they even have a front receptionist desk. While siting down in the front area I said out loud perhaps I could make an appointment. Again no one answered. Finally, a man named Thomas asked if one their stylist have time to cut my hair and he told me she did not have time. He said he would have time next week and asked if I would like to come in next week. I booked an appointment with him and called to cancel the next day. I felt no one was professional there. There was no one at the front to great clients. This is not how I want my first hair salon experience to be. In a small town, you would think small business owners would value their current customers and especially potential new ones. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone.
