Worst customer service ever! My sister made her appoinment for her wedding months in advance to be onsite. The day of the event, the stylist calls her and tells her that she has to come to the salon, which is 30 minutes away, b/c she has other appointments that day and that it will be easier for her (the sylist). The bridal party, myself included, arrives early and the stylist is busy chatting on her phone and pays no attention to us. After several minutes, the stylist asks them if she can help, only to retreat into the back to continue her conversation. After the bride arrives, none of the bridal party has been attended too, and the sylist insists that the appointment was booked for 10. The appointment had been confirmed days earlier! In this time other clients came in and WERE being attended to by the said stlyist. Needless to say, we all left and went to another salon that was willing to accomodate us.
