Easy to set appointments and great for anyone looking to get their haircut. Lailani has other great stylists working with her as well in case she is booked or out of town.

The salon is great. But I had the worse experience with Jennifer ramirez, she did my eyebrows and said she could come back to my house and re touch them at 3 to 4 weeks and when I called her to retouch them she said she can't come to my house because she's busy...well she wasn't to busy when I paid her, anyway I told her I would wait till she wasn't she said there's no way for her to come out. The only reason I got my eyebrows done with her is because she would come to the house... if anyone's gotten their eyebrows microbladed before their not attractive right after their super dark and swollen and you just don't want to be seen until at least a week. Now my eyebrows are very faded and don't look right. I know, no 2 eyebrows are exactly the same but these two arnt even close to being the same she even mentioned before she left, I wanna fix this and this but I know it's sore right now so I'll do it on the retouch. Not only did she not do my retouch, she didn't apply the numbing cream enough, she made me feel that she was in a time crunch the whole time, so I didn't want to leave the cream on to long, even though I know it takes an hour for it to actually work but we started in 20min. I tried getting an appointment with her for the last 2 weeks and I told her I would come in and she told me she would let me know when she is available. Never herd from her again. I've asked for half my money back so I can go elsewhere, no reply. In the end she went against her word which in my eyes is very unprofessional and I advise everyone to do their research before doing any procedure.
