She will cut your hair like no other. Very professional and a great stylist. The only person I will ever let cut my hair. Absolutely wonderful!

I love getting serviced at the Crystal Palace. It is so nice and comfortable. Crystal does my real hair and it always turns out nice. She also recommends great products.

1st of all the owner called me bald and my hair is on my shoulders!!!!!!! I went there to get a lace frontal sew in instead I walk out beyond pissed off. 1st she waked and blow dried my hair and tried the ends and here comes the catastrophe...she started sewing the lace frontal on without plucking it and cutting it!!!!! Once this woman who is the owner CRYSTAL has my frontal sewed down she starts cutting it and completely ignores me when I say I think too are cutting too much of the lace and she decided to just chop of a side she felt she didn't need. My widows peak and my edges were completely exposed even after I said I want all of my hair covered because I have a nervous condition which makes me pull my hair not including the fact that I could see the front of my braids and it had already started looking like a wig! she tried cutting the hair trying to make "baby hair "! I don't know how many times she turned me away from the mirror and I turned back ..she promises up and down I'd love it but I was hating it is told hee to so and she still tried to continue And when she had to take it off she cut it up in thunk because she was mad look at the pictures of the mutilated front yall tell me The point of getting a ear to ear frontal is to be able to wear it back lime is natural because of how she started she cut off all the lace and you could see the like and my braids and I told her about all the horror stories and she destroyed An e expensive ass frontal
