Avoid Christine at all costs!! She completely disregarded what I told her and did whatever she wanted. My hair is thick and I told her exactly the cut I wanted and made sure she knew I need layers to keep my hair manageable. She made my hair so short that I can't even get another haircut to fix it anytime soon and took out all my layers!! It was pretty clear she was rushing through my hair to fit another client in. I paid over $60 for this regretful haircut.. Horrible horrible service. This location somehow manages to disappoint me everytime.

Deborah is Great! I've been going to her for years. She cuts & styles the best I've had. I tried a few places a bit because it's expensive, but no one cut my hair as well, so I went back. Her cut is gorgeous, it styles beautifully and lasts. And she's nice, too, lol! :-) I think the location is convenient also. Easy to find.

I had the worst experience at this salon. My appointment ran super late. The hairstylist that did my hair, some blond girl, completely ruined my cut. I should have known better her hair was trash

This Mario Tricoci salon RUINED my hair for my wedding day. If I had known what they would do I wouldv'e gone to the hair cuttery (no offense hair cuttery) and saved over $50. I spent over a year growing out my hair. Then I came to this salon to get a trim before my wedding. I EXPLICITLY requested they ONLY trim the split ends and leave the length & even showed them (the picture on the left) the way my hair was to be styled for the big day. My stylist then hacked almost 9 inches off of my hair. I couldn't even stop her because she did it in giant chunks. Not only did she chop off half my hair, but she didn't even do any layering or texturing, there are just two defined awkward layers. It literally looks like I put my hair in a ponytail and chopped the end off, I've even had people ask if I CUT MY HAIR MYSELF. While the $53.00 I spent was just insult to injury, no refund can fix this. But I'm making this post so that no other bride-to-be gets a "trim" at this location. I've been a loyal Mario Tricoci customer for years but I will never go back. Next time I want a haircut like this I'll just put on a blindfold and do it myself.
