I just left this shop. I got there and signed in and sat down with only one other person sitting and waiting. I eventually noticed on the big screen that there were four other people in front of me. It said that I would have a 49 minute wait. But there was nobody else in the store. there were only two ladies cutting hair and both of them were going very very slow. Even stopping to do other things that weren't necessary. Eventually one of the ladies finished up with a gentleman. there was no one else sitting in waiting so I was very sure that I was going to get to go next even though there were still two people in front of me. I then waited for 15 minutes while she cleaned her area and then disappeared to the back leaving only one lady cutting hair. The overall experience was very slow and I will not be returning, especially for a $20 haircut.

My 4 year old son needed a haircut so I chose sport clips and so happy I did..Dawn was our stylist and she did a better than fantastic job! He looks super cute and she was great with him..definitely going again..thanks Dawn!! â¤

Well I gave a pretty hateful response to this place and I'm using a different account to apologize. Mines the "We rise and we fall" account...i over exaggerated. But you guys didn't cut my hair right. You guys are probably used to white people hair and I get it. I am biracial. I have mid curls. When you cut my kind of hair, you need to pick it out first. That's when you start cutting. When she started cutting my hair, the lady cutting my hair took a big chunk out of my hair. I could see it fall on me and i looked worried and she asked me if i was OK... i said yes but obviously was not. I wasn't trying to be rude. Another thing was i asked her to cut an inch off and she left a centimeter on... My hair was already like 5 inches when picked out so again, i was scared to see that chunk fall. But in the beginning i wasnt specific so i'll take the blame. But it actually was a nice experience with the place. The lady was nice and we talked and things and it was great. 3 stars!!
