Spent a little over $16 for a simple haircut, and the experience was not pleasant at all. I decided to give this place a second chance after the first time I went here, and was not satisfied then either. My wife can cut my hair just as well for FREE.
Anyway, the second time, I looked through the window to see the same lady working that cut my hair the first time (I never got her name). I started to walk back to the car, buy my wife convinced me to go in. This lady greeted us, and asked if we checked in online. I said no. I got checked in, after she rudely assumed what my phone number was, and then told us that because someone had checked in online before we got there, I would have to wait. That didn't seem fair, seeing as how the person wasn't even there, and never showed up.
When I do get called back to a seat, it is with the same lady that cut my hair the first time. She tells me it has been three months since I was last there, like I had committed a crime. As she is cutting my hair, she keeps yanking and pulling my hair way to hard, and scraping the comb against my ear lobe.
After I was finally done, I pay, and she doesn't even hand me my change, just kind of, in a way that a pouting child throwing a mild tantrum might do this, puts my change on the counter and walks away without saying thank you or have a nice day. I have never had a haircutting experience where I felt like I was bullied, but there's a first for everything.
I will be finding a new place to get my haircut from now on. Thanks, but no thanks, Great Clips.
