I am a female, and went there during a sale and got some very good deals on hair care products even better than the beauty supply store with a cosmetology discount. The entire staff seems to have been female every time my boyfriend goes in to get a cut. They did my eyebrows very very well and quickly. They do an online check-in so that's convenient. The only thing that I am not a huge fan of yours that if it gets too hot they will close their store down and so they will be closed during hours that they should be open other than that they're open until 9 p.m.

My daughter went to get her hair cut and then donate it to Wigs for Kids. Her hair was pretty long and she liked it long. She told the stylist to cut the required 10 inches off and to keep it long. The stylist cut off an extra four more inches than what was necessary. My daughter was very upset and I confronted the stylist who said she had to "even it out." If she had to even it out by four inches she did something wrong. Will not be coming back here.

Very clean and prompt service, especially if you "check-in" online prior to heading in. Mornings seem to be the best time to go in, mid afternoon can get fairly busy however. The ladies there are wonderful at their job and I plan to go back there as long as I'm in the area for hair cuts and color.

Staff is friendly. And I enjoy the hot towel after words. Call ahead as there is often a long wait. I wish there was a "quick cut" price for hair cuts that take under 5 minutes. Paying 13 bucks just like the person who spends an hour in the chair is kinda irritating.
