I get my sons hair cut by Chrissy. Every hair cut is consistent which is not easy since my son is two. After a haircut we went to leave and discovered that the battery on my truck was dead. We went back inside to ask for help and Chrissy (in the middle of her meal) came to the rescue by pulling her vehicle around to give us a jump off her battery! The entire staff is great. Great service and good/amazing people!

Wish i can score nothing. Came in after work and CALLED ahead of time to make sure there was an available spot since they do not accept appointments after 6pm. I walked in and was greeted with one gentleman in front of me getting his haircut. I was patient and waited roughly a little over an hour for his hair to be cut (he was picky), and it wasn't busy in anyway shape or form. I was assured on the phone that I would be next in line. An older gentleman came in and was greeted seemed to be a regular and was immediately taken in as soon as the guy in front of me was finished. I simply asked "i thought i was next in line?" and the response was "yes sir but this man was in front of you and called ahead Sorry.." SCREW THAT. you don't waste people's time like that and there is NO purpose for calling ahead at all. Absolutely terrible service and would never recommend anyone coming here.

Been going there for 5 years and the staff is great. Customer service is outstanding.

Will NEVER go back. Had the most awful experience.. because of the owner of all people. The ladies working there were great, but the owner displayed a complete lack of class. My fiancés youngest was acting ou t because he did not want a haircut. She counted to 5 and then took him to the bathroom to calm him down. Next thing I know, I hear a man who was getti g a haircut say, "Stop. I will not allow spankings in my store." He then stormed towards the back to were my fiancé was. I see hi. Come back and say, "It is fine. She is just in there counting. I will allow it. I just had to make sure because you never know.. This is Shreveport, and you know how they have no class." I was infuriated. I couldn't even speak because I was so mad and knew I wouldn't be able to control myself if I did, and my fiances other little one was with me. He then proceeds to bad mouth the people of Shreveport. Apparently we have no class and doesn't want to deal with us or our culture. Let's do him a favor and NOT visit his establishment.
