Went in for the first time ever to get 2 inches taken off and some layers. Noticed that I still had chunks of hair that wasn't even cut off and one straight across layer in back. Went back next day to have them fix it and had to get another half inch taken off to even it out. Will not go back again. The lady that did fix it was extremely nice.

I used to come to this place to get quick and cheap trims for my boys. Today I showed up and did what they always ask you to do: give then your name and phone number. They usually give you an estimate about how long you need to wait. Since there were a few people ahead of us, we sat at the bench right outside the salon. After about 20 minutes, I came back in and asked when it was our turn. To my surprise, the lady who took my name (and did not remember me) said in a very sassy attitude: " Um... Can I help you?!" . After I explained what had happened, she looked and sounded visibly annoyed and said: "whatever... What your phone number again". There were NO people left at the salon and at least 2 stylists we're available. I got mad for the way I was treated so I left. Not coming back ever.

I had to hit this star but they deserve none! Went tonight to get my son's hair cut 8:20 pm an they closed at 9pm, there where two women sitting down the door was half closed I asked are you closing the women look at us an says yes we have to finish are list well we walked by they sat there til close to pm an list was finished i will take my business else where thanks!

I went in and asked for a REGULAR MEN'S HAIRCUT and when asked about the length I said I don't like to look like I just got a hair cut. The stylist still seemed to be confused as to what I wanted and another stylist told her that she had done my hair before and started spouting off hair stylist terms and clipper settings that meant nothing to me. Next thing I know I have a sheer buzz cut on the back and sides of my head and there was no going back! Now I look like a damn fuzzy baby chicken, and am NEVER going back. What is so hard to understand about a regular men's haircut?
