Terrible! Here at 5:30 and they close at 6:00. Refused to cut my hair as their last customer walked out at 5:35. Ridiculous, Iâ€™ll never come here again.

Came here about a month ago on a Sunday around lunchtime to get my hair trimmed. There was someone just finishing up when I got there, and then I was the only one getting a haircut the entire 20-30 minutes I was there with 7 employees standing around. It seems like this location has too many people on the clock at the same time because a few of them decided to go out and buy fake eyelashes and put them on while I was sitting there getting my hair trimmed. Additionally, instead of focusing on me, my hairdresser decided to talk to her co-workers. When she did talk to me, it was mostly her pushing products on me to purchase. I understand that they're trying to market their products, but that shouldn't be the only words coming out of your mouth. Luckily, my haircut was still decent, which is why I gave it 2 stars. The environment was not good though.
