Very nice staff and nice atmosphere but I received a very uneven haircut and payed $66, will not be going back.

I had a $10 off coupon for their grand opening and they are located close to my home, so I decided to give them a try. The staff is very friendly, great hours and location. Unfortunately, the cut itself was disappointing. I asked for a simple cut - clean up long layers, but emphasized "symmetry", as I detest lopsided and unevenness on the ends. The stylist acknowledged my request. As the stylist was cutting my hair, I knew right away it was going to be uneven. When they were done drying my hair, I checked the front ends and it was uneven. I pointed that out so they happily tried to fix it. When I got home and checked my hair again, I was not happy at all. It was very uneven in the back as well. When it comes to hair, I tend not to give second chances. I ended up going to another salon later that afternoon to get my hair fixed. So the $10 I tried to save ended up costing me an additional $40 to fix. I can't recommend the part-time stylist who worked on my hair.

I was able to get in to see Akram for a last minute appointment before leaving for a wedding. He gave me beautiful color, highlights and an amazing razor cut. I couldn't be happier. Also, the relaxing head and neck massage that I received from Tabitha was INCREDIBLE! Thank you Bubbles Salon for having that service. I have only had that service offered by one stylist in Chicago and I was her loyal client for 15 years.

I just moved from California a week ago. I saw an advertisement for the new location. So why not, I don’t know anywhere else. Ben was the hairstylist assigned to me, and he is AMAZING! He took my problem of growing out hair, old color and dead ends....then enhanced it. I still feel like me, I still want to grow my hair. However he fixed it and made it better that I feel even more confident in its growth.

Although the staff and atmosphere here are really nice, I really wish I'd done due diligence on my part of researching the price prior to paying $40 for a men's haircut...
