Love Leslie at Barnett’s Renaissance. And all the staff are always friendly. Saw 2/4 stars for Barnett’s while sending my SIL their info and had to give some counter good feedback.

I came into the store with blackish brown hair asking for light brown. My stylist told me that it was possible to make my hair light she even said I could go blonde if I wanted! Mind you I've dyed my own hair for 3 years funky colors like purple and pink so I know you couldn't make my hair blonde. First she used color remover then bleached my hair. Under the dye I had a brown to blonde ombré which I told her about. My hair wasn't lightening to the color I wanted and she couldn't get the dye to stick to my hair. At this point I was in the salon for 4 hours and just wanted to leave. While I was waiting for the dye to delevop at the washing station my stylist left and started working on someone else's hair! I was beyond mad she couldn't even take the time to see my hair and another lady washed my hair and dried it. The end result was horrible!! My roots were orange/red the middle was brown and the ends were blondish green! I got a refund right away and went home very upset. I went at got my hair fixed the next day. I will never come here again and wont recommend this place to anyone
