Wow, I'm a little bit confused by all the positive reviews.... Today was my 3rd time here and you couldn't pay me to go back. The first 2 visits were not terrible, it's basically a step up salon, new graduates without much experience but there work was ok enough for What I needed. My child is 6, and I bring her 2x a year for a bun and some light makeup before her recital pictures. Today, not only could the stylist not do a bun (took 5 or 6 tries, and mind you I supplied the sock bun hair piece, and a real hair tie) but then charged me $40.... $40?! Completely insane!!!!! Oh wait wait, and they feel as though they did me a favor only charging me $40, because originally they tried saying it was $65, $40 for the bun and $25 for make up application....uh, yeah no, I brought all the make up with me, and the stylist put my own lipstick and mascara on the kid....bottom line, I won't be back. And the old blonde boss needs a crash course in customer service, sounded like she had her go to speech prepared for unhappy customers, and she was happy to loose a customer over A $10 dispute, and I was happy to pay her $40 when I usually only pay $30 and promptly blow up her spot by writing a review.
