If I could give no stars I would !! After telling the lady SEVERAL times please do not braid my hair tight, she continued to braid it tighter!! She even blamed me for not telling her that she put a wet towel on my hair AFTER she used it on a previous customer. Very unprofessional and lack of sanitary care. Never will I ever come back here again. They catch attitudes about you telling them that they braid too tight. Some people want their edges!! Very rude.

They are very unprofessional it's 20 people in the shop and no one can braid hair.... you have to wait for someone that can to come . They tell you 10 mins and the person comes in hours later . This is the worst shop ever my hair looked a mess never again will I or anyone i know come here .
