This was my first time at the salon and I was warmly welcomed.I was given a tour of the salon. My stylist was Jonathan and he did any amazing job. He knew exactly how to work with my hair. I left the salon feeling amazing with my new cut. My curls haven't been this healthy in a long time. I would definitely recommend this salon with the excellent staff and service.

I have been going to Chips for over a decade. Onita does a fabulous job on my hair. She is not only the most skillful and talented hair stylist I’ve ever had, she absolutely is passionate about her craft. As a colorist she is top notch and she really understands how to work with every texture hair, especially curly. I would highly recommend Chips! It’s the best kept secret in Freehold!!

Chips Salon is the place you want to go to if u care about your hair. From the time you walk in you are treated like royalty. All types of hair, curly, straight, fine, thick, no problem. I have been a customer for over 25 years. After every visit, I feel good. The owner, Onita, is a master colorist and a great stylist. Need a hair cut, she is the best. The products used at Chips Salon are the best in the market. Professionalism is paramount and customers comfort and satisfaction is top priority at Chips. I would not dream of going anywhere else.

I have been a client of Onita's for 15+ years and I must say, her work is impeccable! She truly understands the nature of curly hair and her professionalism, coupled with her warmth, makes every visit a special experience. I do not hesitate to recommend Chips to my friends and colleagues, and those who have gone continue to do so. I think that speaks volumes about the quality of care one receives at Chips...a salon of excellence with a welcoming atmosphere as well.

My mom loves this place! The excellent hair care, friendly smiles and Saturday buffet of goodies keeps her coming back monthly....for at least 10 years now! Thank you Onita, Rachael, and the staff, for such kindness and wonderful service!
