Every time I go in there it’s something NEW. They’re more expensive than the other braiding shops for LOWER quality and the same hairstyles. I went in there for boxed braids, I paid $160. I went in there again a couple of months for the same style and the tried to charge me more! I won’t ever spend more money in here. It’s ridiculous.

I asked for lemonade cornrow Braids and they did a poor job they suck and I had to take out my hair and not pay for it they would not let me leave because they wanted to keep the weave so they was forcing to make me stay but my mom was not allowing that and the lady was tugging on braid and my mother moved her hands and left and was nice enough to pay 10 dollars for the weave and they tried to make my pay 40 dollars for the weave , when they also was going to reuse the hair when really I did not have to pay for it

worst hair styling ever! i came in showed the stylist specifically the hair style that i wanted. not only did she NOT do the style that i asked. one side was uneven from the other and she did some BS rubber band method that was too tight. it ripped out my edges and pulled my scalp until it turned red. i called immediately after i got it done and told them the issue and asked if i could come monday to get it fixed, however, my head was in so much pain due to how tight she pulled the rubber bands. so i took it out. so i came monday to let them know what happened and how and she accused me of using keep the hair style for my sisters graduation and then taking it out purposely just to get a refund. who does that?!? who spends all their time sitting in a chair for hours spending $160 just to have to take out box braids the next day. anybody who knows box braids knows that it’s annoying as hell to take out. on top of that the owner calls some woman on the phone and puts her on speaker and she’s screaming and yelling at me like she was ready to come over and fight me saying “she’s not getting her money back! she better sign the damn court papers because that’s the only way she’s getting her money back!”. she also tried to say that i never told her that the braids were tight, only that they were uneven. LIES! i told her specifically what was wrong. all i wanted was at least half of my money back because i know they had to use their own hair and spend time to do it. however, i refuse to pay $160 for botched box braids and braids that looked nothing like what i asked for.
