the best hair stylist

my husband and I live in tarrytown and were looking for a new hair stylist. we came across billy's hair studio and have been customers for nearly 2 years. Billy is the best, excellent stylist and very fair prices. we are thrilled to have found Billy!

My father has been recommending Billy for years and i finally came for my blow out. Really nice salon, very clean and modern. Great prices. Billy is such a talented hair dresser, super nice and a lot of fun to talk to.

I've been going to Billy for over 20 years. I lived in Pelham, moved to Somers 8 yrs ago. Billy is worth the ride. My opinion.. the best colorist and hair stylist in westchester.
