Wow this salon Pampers you. It is a beautiful atmosphere, they made me a latte and water while my color set. Not to mention Andrea was super friendly and my cut and color came out better than I could imagine! I think this is my new salon :)

Andrea Bauer... amazing hair stylist. I have curly, long hair. It was brassy ðŸ˜¢. Not any more she colored, and used highlights. Now my hair is shiny and beautiful!! My husband and kids LOVE it too!!!ðŸ˜

They have great products, the staff is very helpful, attentive, and skilled and the salon is very well laid out. It has a very down to earth yet classy feel.

I recently decided to try out Revive Salon as I was looking for a new hairdresser in the area. I decided to treat myself to a cut and color. During my time at the salon, I was very pleased. The interior was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. I was planning to make Revive my new go-to. Then I went home and showered. Despite following instructions and waiting almost 48 hours before getting my hair wet, the first time I showered almost all of the color faded out. The fade is so bad that you can see blonde streaks in my brown hair from where they lightened it to add the purple coloring. Concerned, I called the salon and asked to come in and have it looked at and fixed. I was told that despite paying more than $150 dollars for the cut and color AND paying an extra 10 dollars for a "color stay" treatment, that they would not fix it. Their reason? I didn't buy the recommended shampoo from the salon. The stylist claimed that because I failed to buy their recommended product, the salon was devoid of any responsibility for the work. She also claimed that she told me multiple times that the color may wash out after 1 shower which is a flat out lie. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I am appalled at this treatment. I suggest you steer clear of this salon.

I came to Revive for my first time after relocating and having to find a new salon. I googled â€œgood hair in Syracuseâ€ and Revive popped up. I looked at their reviews and Andreaâ€™s clients really raves about her. I booked with her and am beyond thrilled with the results of both the experience and outcome of my new â€œgood hair.â€ She took about 15 minutes just in the consult with me- she asked me about hair history, preferences and what results I would like to achieve. She was kind and knowledgeable and an overall fun person to be around! The outcome of my hair was exactly what I had hoped for! Revive is the place to go for good hair in Syracuse! Book with Andrea for a stress free amazing experience!
