I would trust no one else to do my highlights except Erica - she always does a fantastic job! The experience is truly relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish - I would also recommend booking Michelle for a mani-pedi while your hair is setting. She is incredible!

I absolutely love erica she did miracles on my hair with black hair she got it to a caramel brown ... Will deff go back to her !! Shes nice she describes her work before doing it on you and she will try all she has with what you want. I took 4-5 hours and she took good care of me .. I highly recomend her ,!

Erica, the owner of Lief beauty Boutique, is an incredibly talented stylist who has consistently given me (and my husband!) wonderful, wearable hairstyles. She listens carefully to your requests and provides you with guidance of how to get the look you are going for. She's a master at hair color and a gifted make up artist. I started seeing her 3 years ago when I was looking for a makeup artist for my wedding. She not only made me look stunning on my wedding day, but taught me so many styling tips I still use to this day. The environment of the boutique is hip and modern, but also relaxing and welcoming and the make up and hair products offered are all exceptional. I highly recommend Lief Beauty Boutique to anyone, whether you're looking for a simple cut, a new color or the perfect look for a special occasion.

Well that was me: butchered by so called professionals who never listened to what I wanted, made promises that I'd keep my length, or had me convinced that they "knew" curly hair... which is what I have in abundance. There was no way I was going to pay $100+ at some NYC specialty salon, so, I had given up on the "pros" and had been cutting my own hair for years - until I met Erika. I accompanied my mom who had just gotten a haircut, that looked like it had been done by a 7 year old with vengeance. Ever see those chickens that have the punk rock looking head - feathers short and sticking out every... never mind. It HAD to be fixed. She was referred to Lief Beauty Boutique by a friend. We walk in, and I am immediately impressed by the decor, and amazing style of the salon - which Erika did herself. Okay, I'm no fool, the beauty and invitation of this perfect little oasis could easily be smoke and mirrors. She could be just like the rest of them (the pros). I seriously had my doubts as to how this super cool, totally down-to-earth, confident woman was going to fix my mom's choppy mullet cut. But as they say proof is in the pudding. And it was. Erika did an amazing job. Too amazing in fact that I booked an appointment for myself - hey, she said she knew curly hair. I am now a lifer. She knows her stuff. She ended up doing hair and make-up for my sister's wedding. We have been nothing but surprisingly pleased by Erika's talents. Finally! Thank You Erika.
